Jada’s strong commitment to her Christian beliefs and values is the driving force in her work. She has served as a missionary in several countries and directed a variety of family, youth, and women’s ministries.

Dr. Daves is also an author, coach, and former talk radio host. As a two-time cancer survivor and living kidney donor to her Make-A-Wish son, Jada is no stranger to trials. She faces suffering with complete confidence that God is working all things for her good and encourages others to do the same.

Jada loves being mom to her five children and describes a perfect day as uninterrupted quiet time with God, unlimited shopping at TJ Maxx, lunch at her favorite tea room, surprising a stranger with a random act of kindness, and playing a competitive game of cornhole with her husband! Nita Tin, born a Buddhist in Rangoon, Burma, was raised in an opulent lifestyle. But as her country came under the control of a ruthless military dictator, her whole life changed. She lived through a brutal massacre, the imprisonment of family members, struggle, oppression, and poverty.

As newlyweds, she and her husband survived life in an impoverished village riddled with life-threatening illnesses as he cared for 100,000 patients as a solo physician in cramped and unhygienic quarters. Then, in 1973, she fled her home of Golden Pagodas with her husband and two children to enter the Land of Liberty, where her soul was set free in a greater way than she could have ever dreamed possible.
