A  time of prayer, remembrance and thanks for our military (both active and fallen), prayer for our first responders, law enforcement and government officials and to remember the tragedy of 9/11 and pay tribute to those who sacrificed so much on that fateful day.

BRIG. GEN. KEVIN HYDE, U.S. AIR FORCE (RET.)

Deputy Commander, Canadian North American Aerospace Defense Region

Brig. Gen. Kevin Hyde, United States Air Force (Retired) is the Chief Executive Officer of the Partnership for Families, Children and Adults, a nonprofit serving over 7,000 vulnerable neighbors in the Greater Chattanooga region. He leads the staff and manages operations across four major business units and, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, sets the strategic direction for the agency.

Gen. Hyde has over 30 years of senior executive experience. Previous roles include Regional Vice President, United Service Organizations (USO) Indo-Pacific from 2015 to 2021. Gen. Hyde retired from the USAF in 2015 after a career which including commands at the squadron, group and wing level.

Key staff assignments also included the Deputy Commander of the Canadian NORAD Region, Division Chief in the Joint Staff Logistics Directorate, and in Air Education and Training Command where he managed all flying training for the USAF.

He holds a BS in International Affairs, an MS in Organization and Human Resources Development and MAs in National Security and Strategic Studies.

Gen. Hyde and Jodie have been married for 34 years and reside in Signal Mountain, Tennessee. They have two sons who served in the United States Army.
