Bio:
Kenneth E. Ware is a Christian writer, contextual speaker, Biblical expositor, pastor and Bible teacher. He is the Pastor of the New Sholar Avenue Baptist Church of 24 years and teaches Biblical Studies at Samford University Ministry Training Institute in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is an alumnus of Temple Baptist Seminary where he was awarded the Pastoral Leadership Award and the Eliezar Award of Faithfulness. He is the first African-American gospel minister from the United States to earn three post-graduate masters from Temple Baptist Seminary which includes the Master of Ministry, Master of Arts in Biblical Studies, and Master of Divinity. Kenneth is currently a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Preaching candidate at Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. He is married to his wife Tonia of 31 years..
Kennneth has written several dozens of articles for a number of Christian magazines, news journals, and Sunday School quarterlies, such as: LifeWay: Mature Living, Good News Christian Magazine, Union Gospel Press: Golden Text Illuminated, The Gospel Herald, the Baptist & Reflector and the Chattanooga Times Free Press. To escape from his busy schedule, he enjoys bass boat fishing in the Tennessee River, deep sea fishing in the gulf panhandle, lodging in the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, exploring the Caribbean Islands, and spending time with his family. One of his favorite places to visit is Jerusalem and the Holy Land. Notable contemporary influences in his life include the late Dr. Adrian Rogers, Dr. Erwin Lutzer, Pastor Colin Smith, and Dr. Tony Evans.
