Bio:

On July 26, 1954, Susan was the second of five children born to Charles and Tommie Sledge. As a young teen, Susan was born again by the power of the gospel. The saving grace of God enabled her to turn from sin and surrender to the Lordship of Christ. After growing up and attending school in Chattanooga, TN, Susan pursued post-secondary education and was blessed to have a 35-year career as a teacher, curriculum facilitator, and high school administrator.

Susan’s family consists of her husband, Elester Darnell Moss, three children, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Susan is a member of Silverdale Baptist Church, where she currently serves as captain of the online prayer team. For over 30 years, Susan has discipled women and taught Bible studies in her home. Since the initial onset of COVID, that in-home ministry is now virtual.

In the community, Susan has served as a Bible teacher, conference organizer, speaker, and workshop leader at Cedine Ministries, Covenant Keypers, churches, women’s groups, and faith-based organizations far and wide. Susan deeply treasures God’s divine forgiveness of her sins, God’s gift of salvation in the Person of Jesus, and the sure promise of eternity in heaven! Susan’s passion is to see women come to true faith in Christ and live doctrinally sound, God-honoring lives that glorify Him.
